Coaching for Unpaid Carers started in a coffee shop in Covent Garden in 2018. We had all made the journey into central London that day because our personal and professional experience of coaching with unpaid carers had caused us to ask ourselves,

'why isn't coaching more readily available to carers?'.

If you are a carer we can work with you and coach you to create a better work/life balance, reduce your stress, and better look after your own health, relationships and goals- to name just a few of the things that coaching can help you with!

If you are an organisation interested in supporting the unpaid carers in your workforce, we can offer you a bespoke package that will enable your employees to better manage the stress and strains of caring and working, and will result in greater productively and lower rates of absence due to stress and burnout.

If you are a carers centre or other charity please get in touch to find out how we could set up a low-cost coaching service within your organisation to make coaching accessible to your beneficiaries.

Mother and Son

Each of us had experienced or witnessed firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional stress that so often accompanies caring for a loved one. And as coaches experienced in working with carers, we had also seen time and time again that coaching could not only offer much-needed support to stressed out carers, but actually enable people to profoundly transform their lives.

We formed Coaching for Unpaid Carers to make good quality coaching available and accessible to as many carers as possible. We have also set out to raise awareness of the needs of unpaid carers, and the many benefits that coaching has to offer.

We are proud of our vision and mission, and will work towards in the following ways:
