This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting new start up, working to support and empower unpaid carers through coaching. We are looking for a socially minded social media and communications volunteer to join our team and help us to reach as many people as possible.
You will be responsible for managing our social media channels and will work with our team to develop a stronger social media presence. This will include talking about the work we are doing, engaging with other relevant people and organisations online, and finding interesting and relevant content to share with our followers. You will also play an integral part in creating our social media strategy and contribute to our blog.
We are looking for self-starter who can work independently and values the input and feedback you get from being part of a team. Experience or understanding of using social media for an organisation would be desirable, as would some knowledge of unpaid carers. But the most important thing for us is that you are excited about this opportunity and have strong communication skills.
You will be working from home and we are asking for a commitment of 2 hours per week.
